Mr. Julius M. S. Shilungushela is a Hydrologist and Water Resources Management Engineer, registered and certified as an EIA and Audit Expert with NEMC, with over 35 years of experience in the Government of Tanzania, including as Director of Land Use Planning and Principal Hydrologist at the National Land Use Planning Commission, Hydrologist at the Ministry of Lands and Human Settlements Development, and Tutor at the Water Development and Management Institute. His expertise covers hydrologic and meteorological data processing, flood design and forecasting, environmental flow assessments, EIA and management of water basin systems.
