Professional Profile

Erneus Kaijage has more than 15 years of professional experience in research and policy development on integrated water resources management, climate change, coastal and marine conservation and rural development, and in-depth experience in project formulation, monitoring and evaluation using result-based frameworks. He has worked with EU, UNDP, WB, FAO, NORAD, SIDA and USAID on projects including Blue Economy initiatives in Tanzania and Zanzibar, specialises in climate risk analysis, vulnerability mapping and adaptation planning, served as Secretariat of Tanzania's Energy Development Partners Group (2015–2017), and has regional experience in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia and Malawi.
