Public participation and stakeholder engagement is a standard component of major development projects and a requirement of governments and international lenders during environmental planning. It is the principal method for engaging stakeholders, forming long-term partnerships and building mutual trust and respect within affected communities throughout the life of a project.
We directly manage project advertising and introductions to local communities, facilitate targeted focus group meetings and host broad public meetings. Our team also manages critical issues and social tracking: identifying, collecting, assessing and monitoring key social issues as they arise.
